Create-A-Smile is proud to introduce our very own dental benefits plan.

You spoke and we listened.  Many of our patients, friends, and acquaintances in and around the Bloomington community do not have access to a dental health savings plan.  Many of you have spoken to us wishing you had dental benefits.   Well, we decided to do something about that.  So, we are now offering our very own dental benefits plan.  Starting now, you and your family can sign-up for SmileMore, a dental savings plan designed for your needs.
